Experience
Hayley graduated as a dentist from the University of Glasgow in 2019 achieving honours. Since graduating she has successfully joined the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow after passing her membership exams in 2021. Currently she is in the process of completing a part-time master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh studying Restorative Dentistry.
Since her graduation in 2019, Hayley has worked as a general dental practitioner in Ayrshire and South Lanarkshire before making the move to join the team at Marchmont Dental. She is really looking forward to getting to know her new patients and exploring the city of Edinburgh. In particular she enjoys providing a friendly and relaxed environment for patients of all ages and helping patients smile with confidence.
Skills
Hayley has completed further training in facial aesthetics with Inspired Cosmetic Training in 2020. She provides anti-wrinkle treatments and strives to help her patients achieve a natural and improved appearance to the forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet. Currently Hayley has undertaken training on cosmetic composite fillings to reshape the front teeth and will be adding Invisalign treatment to her portfolio in the near future. She has been trained in clinical photography and likes to use this as an aid to discuss treatment planning with her patients.
Hobbies
When not working Hayley enjoys keeping active with a yoga class or long walk. She loves going to see live music, playing piano, and eating out with her family and friends.
